Day six of our Salesperson Pre-License course delves into the crucial processes involved in transferring and recording title to real property:

• Transferring Title: Learn about the legal mechanisms involved in transferring ownership of property, including the role of deeds, the requirements for a valid transfer, and the different types of deeds used in real estate transactions such as warranty deeds, quitclaim deeds, and grant deeds.

• Recording Title: Understand the importance of recording title in the public record. Explore how the recording process provides notice to the public of ownership changes and protects property rights. Discuss the potential consequences of failing to record a deed and the concept of constructive versus actual notice.
